Terms of Service
The rules for using this website. Project work is governed by a separate contract.
Last updated: 12 July 2026
1. Agreement
By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
2. What this site is
This is a marketing and information site for our development services. Nothing on it is a binding offer.
Any prices shown are honest indications to give you a sense of cost — they are not quotes. A quote is only binding once we have sent it to you directly, after a conversation about your specific project.
3. Project work is separate
Important: these terms cover the website, not client projects. Any actual engagement with us is governed by a separate written agreement covering scope, price, timeline, payment, intellectual property and confidentiality.
These website terms do not override, replace or govern that project contract. Browsing this site never commits you to a build.
4. Intellectual property
The content, design, code and branding of this site belong to us. Please do not copy the site wholesale. You are welcome to quote from or link to our blog posts, with attribution.
5. Your submissions
When you send us an enquiry, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you are entitled to share it. Please do not send us confidential material before we have a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) in place.
6. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to break, overload, scrape or gain unauthorised access to the site. Do not send spam or malicious content through the forms. We reserve the right to block anyone who does.
7. Third-party links
We sometimes link out to other websites. We are not responsible for their content, and a link is not an endorsement.
8. No warranty
The site is provided as-is. We work hard to keep it accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it will always be either.
9. Limitation of liability
We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Note that this clause is about the website only — liability relating to project work is set out separately in the project contract.
10. Governing law
These website terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and the courts of Bangladesh have jurisdiction over any dispute relating to this website.
11. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.
