What you would actually be doing
You talk to clients directly
No project manager filtering your words. You learn to scope, estimate and push back — the skills that actually build a career.
You will not do the same thing twice
Websites, stores, apps, custom software — genuinely different projects. Recently: a Flutter app, a WooCommerce store, and an AI assistant for a clinic.
Your work ships
Small team, visible impact. What you build goes live and gets used, usually within weeks.
We fund you getting better
Courses, books, conferences. If it makes you better at the work, we pay for it. Ask, do not ask permission.
An AI-driven workspace
We build with AI in the loop every day — Claude, Copilot, AI design tools. You spend your time on the hard problems, not the boilerplate, and ship more because of it.
Where you would work
We work together, in an office, five days a week. A lot of what we build starts as an argument at a whiteboard, and that is genuinely better in person.
The office is in Jhenaidah. Your salary goes about twice as far here as it does in Dhaka, and the commute is twenty minutes rather than two hours. If you are moving from elsewhere, we help you get set up — finding a place, the boring admin, all of it.
Come and see it before you decide. Most people who visit are surprised.

How we hire
We do not run a formal recruitment pipeline. When we need someone, we look for people whose work we already like — and sometimes people find us first.
If that is you: send us what you have built. Not a CV template — the actual thing, with a link. Tell us what was hard about it and what you would do differently now. That tells us more than any interview.
We reply to everyone, within a week.
