What You Would Actually Be Doing
You talk to clients directly
No project manager filtering your words. You learn to scope, estimate and push back — the skills that actually build a career.
You will not do the same thing twice
Websites, stores, apps, custom software — genuinely different projects. Recently: a Flutter app, a WooCommerce store, and an AI assistant for a clinic.
Your work ships
Small team, visible impact. What you build goes live and gets used, usually within weeks.
We fund you getting better
Courses, books, conferences. If it makes you better at the work, we pay for it. Ask, do not ask permission.
An AI-driven workspace
We build with AI in the loop every day — Claude, Copilot, AI design tools. You spend your time on the hard problems, not the boilerplate, and ship more because of it.
Where You Would Work
We work together, in an office, five days a week. A lot of what we build starts as an argument at a whiteboard, and that is genuinely better in person.
The office is in Jhenaidah. Your salary goes about twice as far here as it does in Dhaka, and the commute is twenty minutes rather than two hours. If you are moving from elsewhere, we help you get set up — finding a place, the boring admin, all of it.

We work from the office together — it is how we build best. Once you are settled and we trust each other's rhythm, a hybrid mix of office and home is on the table, and in special cases fully remote. If you are open to being here, we would like to talk.
We discuss numbers on the first call, before either of us invests real time. We pay properly for good work and we will not waste your time if the range does not fit.
