Real clients, real products
Not internal tools nobody opens. You build things people in the US, UK and Europe pay for and depend on every day.
We are a team of 4 in Jhenaidah, building software for clients across 12 countries. If that sounds like the kind of work you want to do, we would like to hear from you.
Not internal tools nobody opens. You build things people in the US, UK and Europe pay for and depend on every day.
No project manager filtering your words. You learn to scope, estimate and push back — the skills that actually build a career.
Websites, stores, apps, custom software — genuinely different projects. Recently: a Flutter app, a WooCommerce store, and an AI assistant for a clinic.
Small team, visible impact. What you build goes live and gets used, usually within weeks.
Courses, books, conferences. If it makes you better at the work, we pay for it. Ask, do not ask permission.
We build with AI in the loop every day — Claude, Copilot, AI design tools. You spend your time on the hard problems, not the boilerplate, and ship more because of it.
We work together, in an office, five days a week. A lot of what we build starts as an argument at a whiteboard, and that is genuinely better in person.
The office is in Jhenaidah. Your salary goes about twice as far here as it does in Dhaka, and the commute is twenty minutes rather than two hours. If you are moving from elsewhere, we help you get set up — finding a place, the boring admin, all of it.
Come and see it before you decide. Most people who visit are surprised.

We do not run a formal recruitment pipeline. When we need someone, we look for people whose work we already like — and sometimes people find us first.
If that is you: send us what you have built. Not a CV template — the actual thing, with a link. Tell us what was hard about it and what you would do differently now. That tells us more than any interview.
We reply to everyone, within a week.
We are not advertising specific roles right now, but we hire when we meet the right person — and that has happened more than once with someone who simply wrote to us first.
React, Next.js, Flutter, design that comes with working CSS — those are the areas where we grow. If that is your work, we want to see it.
Put what you do in the subject line and link us to your work.
The work speaks louder than a CV. Send us a link and tell us what was hard about it.
