Questions people ask before hiring us
Straight answers. If yours is not here, ask — we will answer it and add it.
Choosing Your Technology
Tell us the problem in plain words and we map it to the right build — not the one that bills the most. Most clients arrive with a business problem, not a technical specification, and working out the right tool is part of the job. The questions below cover the common cases; the individual service pages go deeper.
When your team needs to edit pages, posts and images themselves without calling a developer. WordPress and Webflow are built for that — marketing sites, blogs, company sites, anything content-heavy that changes often. You get a dashboard you can actually use, plus a recorded training call at handover.
When off-the-shelf tools and spreadsheets stop coping — booking systems, dashboards, inventory, client portals, anything with logic specific to how you work. We build these on Next.js and Node.js with a proper database, so it does exactly what your business does and nothing you do not need.
Often not — a fast mobile website does the job for a fraction of the cost, and there is nothing to install. You need a real app when you rely on the camera, GPS, push notifications, offline use, or an App Store presence customers expect. When you do, we build one codebase for both iOS and Android with Flutter or React Native, so you pay once, not twice.
Shopify if you want to launch fast and let it handle payments, tax and shipping for you. WooCommerce if you are already on WordPress and want the store in the same place as your content. When you outgrow the templates — custom pricing, subscriptions, an unusual checkout — we build custom. We tell you honestly which one fits your catalogue and budget.
Yes. For standard courses — lessons, quizzes, payments, certificates — a WordPress LMS like LearnDash or TutorLMS gets you there quickly and affordably. When you need custom learning paths, cohorts, or your own logic, we build it as a custom application. Same rule as everywhere: the simplest thing that does the job well.
Working Together
The developer building your project — directly. No account manager relaying messages, no coordinator translating your words into a ticket someone else misreads. It is faster, and nothing gets lost on the way.
It works in your favour. We are GMT+6 — five to six hours ahead of London and ten to eleven ahead of New York. You send feedback at the end of your day and it is done before you wake up. For calls, we overlap with European mornings and US evenings.
Weekly demos on a live link you can click through, plus ongoing conversation on Slack or WhatsApp. You will always know exactly where the project is.
Describe the problem and we will work out the solution with you. Scoping is part of the job — most clients arrive with a business problem, not a technical specification, and that is the right way round.
Yes, regularly. We take on individual pieces of work, review existing code, and slot in beside in-house teams. Tell us where the gap is and we will fill it.
Of course. Send us yours, or ask and we will send ours, before you share anything sensitive.
The Work Itself
Whatever genuinely fits your budget, your timeline, and what your team can maintain afterwards. We work across WordPress, Next.js, Shopify, Flutter and more, so we have no reason to push you toward one over another. The individual service pages explain how we choose.
Yes, wherever it makes sense. Websites and stores ship with a CMS your team can use without calling us, plus a recorded training call at handover. For custom applications we build the admin controls you need, and we agree exactly what those are upfront.
Look at the case studies and the unedited reviews from 240+ projects with a 100% job success score on Upwork. Then take the free call and judge for yourself. Once we start, you see a working demo every week — you are never waiting until the end to find out.
Thirty days of support is included. After that you can take a monthly maintenance plan or manage it yourself with everything handed over — both are fine.
Yes, properly. The standard we hold ourselves to is that another developer could pick up the project without needing to call us. Every handover includes it.
Who Owns What
All of it, from day one. Repository, hosting, domains, app store accounts, documentation — in your name, not ours. No licence fees, no lock-in, and no dependency on us after handover.
Then you take everything and go. That is precisely why we document properly and put every account in your name from the start. Clients stay because the work is good, not because leaving is difficult.
Yes. We sign NDAs on request, we do not publish work without your permission, and anything you share stays between us.
Security & Compliance
Yes. We've delivered healthcare projects on HIPAA-compliant hosting, and we build within whatever compliant environment you provide. You supply the HIPAA-eligible hosting and BAA; we build the application to follow the required safeguards — access controls, encryption in transit, and careful handling of protected data. If your project needs it, we build to your compliance requirements.
Yes. We build your site to meet the data-protection rules you need — GDPR, cookie consent, data minimisation, and hosting in your required region. You set the policy and we build everything to be compatible with it — no problem.
Security is built in as standard: HTTPS everywhere, no secrets or credentials committed to code, parameterised database queries to prevent injection, and access limited to who needs it. For anything beyond that — specific compliance, audits, or data-handling rules — we build to your requirements.
About the Team

Jhenaidah, Bangladesh — with clients across the US, UK, Europe, Australia and the Gulf. We work across timezones every day and it is second nature by now.
Yes, and you are welcome to. Most clients video call in instead — let us know either way and someone will be there.
Building for the web — websites, online stores, mobile apps, custom applications and the systems behind them. That focus is deliberate: we would rather be genuinely excellent across a defined set of work than average at everything.
How Money Works
Fixed price, quoted after one call. We scope it properly first, then give you a number that holds. It does not move unless you change what you asked for. You carry no risk on our speed — that is our problem, not yours.
If we underestimated, we absorb it. That is what a fixed quote means. If you add work that was not in the original scope, we quote it separately and you approve it before we start. You will never see an invoice you did not agree to.
Payments are made by bank transfer — we share bank details that accept ACH or SWIFT transfers — or via Payoneer, and we invoice in your currency, including USD, EUR, GBP, and more. For a new project we usually start with a 30% deposit, then 40% at the halfway point and the final 30% on completion. For ongoing or regular clients, we're happy to be more flexible with terms.
Yes. Some of our longest-running clients started with a two-day fix. The size of the job does not change how we do it.
Yes. Thirty minutes, no pitch, no sales team waiting to follow up. You get an honest read on scope, cost and timeline whether you hire us or not.
Ready When You Are
One call, thirty minutes, no pitch. You will leave it knowing exactly what your project needs and what it costs.
