Privacy Policy
Viper 2000 for Android · Last updated: November 2, 2026
This policy explains what information the Android game Viper 2000 (package com.viper2000.snake), published by Devs Wizard (“we”, “us”), handles, why, and the choices you have. We do not ask you to create an account, and we never ask for your name, email address, contacts, photos or location.
1. Information stored on your device
Your game data is saved only on your device. We do not run any servers for this game and do not upload it anywhere:
- Stars, best scores and Hard-mode crowns for each level, and your Classic high score.
- Hearts, the time of your last heart refill, and how many ad refills you have used today.
- Your daily-gift streak.
- Settings: LCD theme, difficulty, sound, vibration, controls and snake style.
- A cached copy of your Viper Pass status, so the game keeps working offline.
If Android backup is turned on for your Google account, Android may include this data in your device backup, under Google's control. You can erase it any time with Settings → Reset progress in the game, and uninstalling the game deletes it from your device.
2. Third-party services
Viper 2000 uses the following services. Each one processes data under its own privacy policy.
Google Play Billing — Viper Pass subscription
Purchases are handled entirely by Google Play. We never see or store your card or payment details. Google shares only what is needed to confirm a purchase, such as an order ID and subscription status.
Privacy policyRevenueCat — subscription management
Verifies your Viper Pass and keeps it active across reinstalls. RevenueCat receives a random, anonymous app user ID created on your device, your purchase and subscription history, and basic technical data (device model, OS version, app version, country and IP address). It is not linked to your name or email.
Privacy policyGoogle AdMob — optional rewarded ads
You can choose to watch a short ad for extra hearts. Ads are never forced, and Viper Pass members never see them. To show and measure ads, AdMob may collect your device's advertising ID, IP address, device and app information, and how you interact with ads. Depending on your consent, ads may be personalised.
Privacy policyGoogle Play Games Services — leaderboards (optional)
If you sign in to Google Play Games, your Play Games player ID, gamer name and Classic mode scores are sent to Google to show leaderboards. You can play everything without signing in.
Privacy policy3. Ad consent
- In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland we ask for your consent, through Google's consent form, before ads are personalised. You can change your choice any time under Settings → Privacy options in the game.
- You can reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings (Settings → Google → Ads, or Settings → Privacy → Ads).
- With an active Viper Pass, no ads are requested at all.
4. Device permissions
The game itself asks for one permission: vibration, for the short haptic ticks when you eat or crash, which you can switch off in Settings. The Google and RevenueCat libraries above add the standard permissions they need to work — internet and network state (purchases, ads, leaderboards), Google Play Billing, and the advertising ID (AdMob). Viper 2000 never requests your camera, microphone, location, contacts, photos or files.
5. How we use information
- To deliver and restore your Viper Pass subscription.
- To show optional rewarded ads and give you the reward.
- To show leaderboards, if you choose to use them.
- To prevent fraud and fix technical problems.
We do not sell your personal information.
6. Data retention
On-device data stays until you reset your progress or uninstall the game. RevenueCat keeps subscription records as long as needed to provide your purchase and meet legal and accounting obligations. Google keeps data according to its own policies.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in Europe or the CCPA/CPRA in California), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or object to the processing of your data, and to withdraw consent at any time. Because we hold no data on servers of our own, most requests are handled by resetting progress or uninstalling the game, using Settings → Privacy options for ad consent, or resetting your advertising ID.
For subscription data held by RevenueCat, email us at hello@devswizard.com with your purchase order ID (from your Google Play receipt) so we can find and delete the record.
8. Children
Viper 2000 is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will help remove it.
9. Security
Data sent to our service providers is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Data on your device is protected by Android's app sandbox, which keeps the game's storage private to it. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we only work with established providers.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the game changes. The new version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date, and any change to how the game handles data will be reflected in its Google Play Data safety form in the same release.
